Signature Dinners: the “Symphonies of Flavours” of Saturday night

Every Saturday evening at the Sinfonie WellRestaurant of Alchimia WellResort awaits you a special event: our Signature Dinners, a gastronomic experience that blends creativity, music, and conviviality.

We call them “Symphonies of Flavours” because each dinner is a perfect harmony of tastes, aromas, and atmospheres.
A featured ingredient, selected according to the season or local culinary events in Trentino, becomes the common thread of every course, reinterpreted with elegance and originality by our Chef.

Let yourself be captivated by a themed culinary journey that changes week by week: from the autumnal flavours of the forest to the fresh notes of mountain herbs, up to the scents of the festive season.

During dinner, a musical background will accompany each dish with delicacy, making the experience even more pleasant and relaxing.
And for those who wish to continue the evening, our lounge transforms into an elegant piano bar: live music, refined atmospheres, and the chance to dance or simply enjoy a cocktail in good company.

Experience a different evening of taste, music, and authenticity — a themed dinner in Trentino that becomes a true sensory journey signed by Alchimia WellResort.
