Finnish Saun a
The sauna is an ancient wellness ritual, originated in the Nordic countries, which uses dry heat to promote deep cleansing of the body, relax muscles and regenerate body and mind. The high temperature - between 80° and 85°C - stimulates sweating, helping to eliminate toxins, improve circulation and strengthen the immune system.
For those who wish to experience a truly special moment, our saunist offers customised ‘Sauna Sound’ experiences: a multi-sensory ritual that combines the power of heat with sound and aromatherapy.
To make the experience even more intense, the use of ice balls scented with essential oils: an aromatherapy practice that releases natural and beneficial fragrances into the air.
The steam bat h
The steam bath, or hammam, is an ancient regenerating practice that uses moist heat (temperature between 40° and 50°C with 100% humidity) to purify the body and relax the mind. The steam opens the pores, promotes a deep detoxification of the skin, improves breathing and stimulates circulation. The effect is a feeling of lightness, well-being and renewed vitality.
In our steam bath you can let yourself be enveloped in warmth, silence and natural aromas, for a wellness experience that regenerates from within. Our Storm and Rain emotional showers offer a multi-sensory experience that combines wellness and circulatory stimulation. Thanks to the alternation of hot and cold jets, lights and aromas, you can experience a true Kneipp path, which uses contrast therapy to reactivate the microcirculation, strengthen the immune system and tone the body.
Storm offers an energetic and enveloping jet, ideal for stimulating and revitalising, while Rain, more gentle, deeply relaxes body and mind. The synergic interplay of temperature, scents and colours encourages psychophysical rebalancing, perfectly complementing each wellness path and amplifying the effects of subsequent treatments.

The ice fall is an invigorating practice that ideally complements the sauna or steam bath experience. After exposure to heat, the thermal contrast generated by the ice stimulates blood circulation, tones the tissues and strengthens the immune system.
Applied to the arms and legs, ice promotes drainage, reduces inflammation and gives a pleasant feeling of energy and vitality. The cold activates the body, improves oxygenation and contributes to a profound sense of well-being.

Our indoor pool with whirlpool is an invitation to relax in an elegant, enveloping ambience, where warm water and tranquillity merge into one regenerating experience. Immersed in bubbles, the body relaxes, tensions melt away and the mind regains calmness and lightness.
By the pool, a cosy panoramic relaxation area awaits you to prolong the pleasure of wellness, with comfortable chaise longues overlooking the majestic Brenta Dolomites. The landscape enters through the large windows, giving a feeling of openness and harmony with the surrounding nature. The Bubble Room is a unique and evocative space located on the terrace communicating with the spa, designed to prolong wellness in total freedom. Wrapped in a transparent dome, it allows you to enjoy natural light and views of the landscape in all seasons, protected and warm even in the cooler months.
Inside, you can lie down, read a book, sip herbal tea or simply close your eyes and let the silence lull you. No rules, just time dilating and becoming an ally of your relaxation. After a treatment or a SPA course, it is the ideal place to listen to your body, slow down and enjoy a moment to yourself, immersed in a muffled and regenerating atmosphere.

The Panoramic Rooftop is a wellness oasis reached via a charming cobbled path through the greenery, which starts from the Bubble Room and leads to the hotel rooftop. Here two whirlpool baths, Platinum and Gold, with different temperatures await you: Platinum offers cooler water for gentle toning, while Gold provides enveloping warmth for deep relaxation.
Next to it, a 90° sauna with large windows opens onto a breathtaking view of the majestic Brenta Dolomites, a perfect combination of warmth, nature and tranquillity. The rooftop is the ideal place to regenerate, be pampered by water and warmth, breathe pure air and admire an unparalleled panorama.
